ECSET and the
Episcopal
Metropolitan Ministry have taken to bold step to become
separate ministries after 30 years of combined service.
"This is an
exciting time, when ECSET can begin the work of proudly
presenting a diploma to yet another ministry it gave wings
to. EMM is one of many such agencies that owes their
beginnings to ECSET, including
St. Barnabas, the
Food Bank,
and the
Community Kitchen. "

Metropolitan Ministry Executive Director |

ECSET brings together
eighteen Episcopal
Member Churches in Southeast Tennessee and Northwest
Georgia. We believe that together
we can do much more than each can do independently.
ECSET looks for new ways in which to engage member churches in common goals.
In 2006 member churches united
to fund and build ECSET House in
association with Habitat for Humanity of Greater
Chattanooga.
Also in 2006, ECSET hosted
the
22nd Diocesan convention in Chattanooga. |
